Getting started — login & restore

There’s no central account email for Exodus. Logging in is unlocking the app with your password or restoring with your recovery phrase. Install the official app, create a wallet, record the seed phrase offline, and set a strong password. If you ever change devices, restore from your recovery phrase — that phrase is the only way back.

Security best practices

Never share your 12/24-word recovery phrase. Use a hardware wallet for large balances and enable biometric unlock where available. Review contract approvals periodically and revoke unused approvals. Keep your app updated and only download from Exodus’s official website or trusted app stores.
